Why settle for the default?

Auto-enrolment is a good start, but leaves little room for flexibility.

Legacy providers overload teams with onboarding, documentation, and broker coordination.

And when pensions are tied to jobs, savers lose track of what’s theirs.

Zen changes that.

It replaces the complexity of outdated systems with a fully digital, compliant pension built for the modern workplace.

Compliant. Automated. Effortless.

Set up a fully compliant pension in minutes without the need for technical integrations.

Form showing options to select contribution payment frequency with checkboxes for Single Contribution, a one-off lump-sum payment, and Regular Contributions, regular payments.

Each monthly payment is automatically allocated, invested, and reconciled in the background.

Zen Pension Pot interface showing a balance of €5,622.54 with active tabs for Activity, Funds, and Fees, highlighting February 2025 and a recent positive change of €0.25.

Statements, fund updates, and projections can be viewed in-app.

Pie chart titled Total Invested showing 53% employer contribution of €41.66 and 47% employee contribution of €36.88, totaling €78.54.

Employees manage their own pension with long-term portability and full visibility.

Annual Goal Calculator showing savings projection with monthly needed €5666.67 over 10 years and retirement numbers including target amount €80,000, expected at 65 €68,000.04, and current gap €11,999.96.
