Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Who's running this
This promotion is run by Zen Pensions Limited, registered in Ireland (company no. 666222), registered office Waterloo Exchange, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4, D04 E5W7, Ireland (“Zen”, “we”,“us”). Zen Pensions Limited,trading as Zen Pensions, is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. The ZenPensions PRSA product is approved by the Pensions Authority and the RevenueCommissioners.
2. When it runs
The promotion opens at 00:01on 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (GMT). We'll call this the Promotion Period.
3. Who can take part
To be eligible, a business must:
a) be registered and trading in the Republic of Ireland;
b) not already be a Zen Pensions client, and not have held a Terms of Business with Zen at any point before 1 September 2026;
c) employ at least five people who are eligible to contribute to a Zen Pensions PRSA; and
d) sign a Terms of Business with Zen Pensions during the Promotion Period.
The person signing must be authorised to enter agreements on the business' behalf.
4. Who can't
– Zen employees, directors and contractors, and their immediate families.
– Businesses connected to Zen employees or directors.
– Intermediaries, brokers, accountants or other advisers acting in a professional capacity. The offer is for the employer, not for anyone advising the employer, and no part of it maybe passed on to an adviser as a fee, commission or benefit.
– Businesses whose sole or principal purpose appears to be qualifying for this promotion.
– Businesses in the same group as, or under common control with, a business that has already qualified (see clause 7).
5. What you need to do to qualify
All three of the following,in order:
1. Sign a Terms of Business with Zen on or before 31 October 2026.
2. Onboard at least five Eligible Employees within 30 calendar days of the date you sign. An Eligible Employee is someone on your Irish payroll who has completed Zen Pensions' onboarding and has an active PRSA with us.
3. Contribute: We receive a first contribution of at least the mandatory minimum (3.5% of gross pay, with at least 1.5% funded by the employer and the remaining 2% paid by either the employer or the employee) in respect of at least five Eligible Employees, and that contribution clears.
If any of the three isn't met, the business doesn't qualify. We won't extend the deadlines.
6. What you get
One Apple iPad per qualifying business, RRP approximately €519 including VAT.
– There is no cash alternativeand the iPad isn't transferable.
– If the specified model isn't available, we'll substitute a device of equal or greater value.
– The iPad is supplied by Zen Pensions. Zen isn't the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty is between you and the manufacturer, and we're not responsible for the device's performance, condition or fitness for purpose beyond what the law requires of us.
7. One per business
One iPad per business. Where two or more qualifying businesses are in the same group, under common control, or share a majority of directors or shareholders, they count as one business and receive one iPad between them.
8. Delivery
We'll post the iPad to the registered business address on your Terms of Business, addressed to the authorised signatory, within 30 days of your first contribution clearing. We'll aim for that but can't guarantee it – supply and courier delays happen.
We won't deliver to aresidential address, a PO box or an address outside the Republic of Ireland.
9. Tax
Receiving the iPad may have tax consequences for the business or for an individual who receives it. Any tax, duty, or other liability arising is the recipient's responsibility. Zen Pensions doesn't give tax advice. Please take your own advice before accepting.
10. If things change (clawback)
We can ask you to return the iPad, if within six months of delivery:
– your Terms of Business is terminated by you or by us for cause; or
– we find that the qualifying conditions were met by inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information.
Nothing in this clause affects an individual employee's right to stop, reduce or transfer their own PRSA contributions at any time, or their statutory 30-day cooling-off period. Employee decisions are theirs alone and we won't ask a business to influence them.
11. This isn't advice
This promotion is marketing. It isn't financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it isn't a recommendation that a Zen Pensions PRSA is suitable for your business or your employees.
You should choose a pension arrangement on its merits – charges, investment options, service and how it compares with the alternatives available to you, including the State's automatic enrolment scheme. If you're unsure, take independent advice.
The Business is solely responsible for ensuring it has the contractual and legal right to deduct employee pension contributions from salary or wages, including obtaining any necessary employee consent and complying with the Payment of Wages Act 1991 and the terms of each employee's contract of employment.
The iPad forms no part of the PRSA product, has no bearing on the terms, charges or benefits of any Zen Pensions PRSA.
12. Warnings
Warning: The value of your investment may go down as well as up. This product may be affected by changes in currency exchange rates.
Warning: If you invest in this product, you will not have access to your money until age 60, or from age 50 if retiring from employment.
Warning: If you invest in this product, you may lose some or all the money you invested. The income you receive from this investment may go down as well as up.
13. Your data
We'll use the information you give us to run this promotion and administer your Terms of Business and any PRSAs, in line with our privacy notice at www.zenpensions.com/privacy-policy.
14. Changes and withdrawal
We can amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time, including before the closing date, where we reasonably need to, for example for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Where we do, we'll honour entries already validly submitted unless we're prevented from doing so.
15. Decisions
Our decision on eligibility is final. We won't enter correspondence about individual decisions beyond explaining which condition wasn't met.
16. Apple
Apple and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple Inc.
17. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. By taking part, you accept these terms.
